1. Create project — Investee submits hard cap, soft cap, dates, and guarantor via CrowdfundFactory. Project starts in Pending until approved.
2. Admin + guarantor approve — Admin approves platform fee (1–50%) on /admin. Guarantor locks vault credit on /guarantor. Then fundraising opens.
3. Investors fund — USDT deposits between fundraising start and end. One investment per wallet. Hard cap reached → Active immediately.
4. Active cycle — Investee withdraws raised funds. Track the return notify date for repayment.
5. Repay or grace — Repay principal + profit by return notify date. If late, 15 minutes grace opens automatically.
6. Dispute (optional) — During grace, investee may file dispute (USDT fee). Admin resolves within 1 hour.
7. Settle or default — Success → everyone claims their share. Default → guarantor vault pays; investors claim principal. Canceled → refunds.
